This is an orthorectified (geometrically and radiometrically corrected) multispectral image acquired on August 11, 2005 at 11:29 a.m. and covering an area of 326 square kilometers (approx 16 X 19 km) centered on the Sky Harbor International Airport. It has 4 spectral channels in the Blue (450-900 nm), Green (520-600 nm), Red (630-690 nm), and Near Infrared (760-900 nm) regions with the spatial resolution of 2.44 m (8 ft). It corresponds to the cartographic scale (after resampling to the resolution of the panchromatic band) of 1:4,800, 2.5 m RMSE, which makes it the satellite remote sensing data of the highest degree of accuracy.
