The Goldwater Lab is used for all chemical analysis of CAP LTER samples.
W. M. Keck Foundation Laboratory for Environmental Biogeochemistry
The W. M. Keck Foundation Laboratory for Environmental Biogeochemistry, located in the basement of the Physical Sciences F-wing, is open for the measurement of isotope ratios of N, C, O, and H in a wide variety of sample types.
Global Institute of Sustainability
Informatics Lab
This lab provides advanced computing support and data archiving for CAP
LTER and other environmental research activities. The Institute's Informatics
lab hosts the CAP LTER web site, data archives, and provides server space
for ongoing projects. For many projects all data management, entry, and
analysis are carried out in this lab.
Geological
Remote Sensing Lab
The Department of Geological Sciences' Geological Remote Sensing Lab provides
support for image analysis, aquisition and processing of remote sensing
data for LTER research.
CAP LTER
Permanent Monitoring Sites
CAP LTER maintains
several permanent monitoring sites throughout the area with climate stations,
wet-dry fall collectors and/or water samplers.
