Project Summary
Our final projects were animal and plant stepping stones that included hand-painted pictures as visual aids to visitors. The idea was to inspire visitors to look for the life forms with the saying, "Have you seen me?" followed by a picture. This semester we learned about plant anatomy, the food chain and how it relates to animals and plants at Rio Salado. Some highlights included a trip to South Mountain where we discovered plants of the southwest and designing our very own stepping stones.
