Project Summary: Since our theme was plants, we decided to create a coloring book of the flora at the Rio Salado. We researched our plants, and drew the pictures and mazes. In addition, we created a digital herbarium for both Lowell Elementary and Rio Salado. We would like to thank the ASU School of Life Science Herbarium for help and guidance.

Semester Highlights: This semester we worked hard to learn about the local plants at the Rio Salado and around Lowell. We incorporated our knowledge to benefit Lowell with a digital and pressed herbarium.
