The following are suggestions for more fun science you can do with Bruchid Beetles. Many of these activities will use the original pods you collected during the Beetle/Seed protocol.

• Life Cycle Study
  Can we raise Bruchid Beetles in the classroom? Students observe feeding, mating, egg-laying, as well as the complete metamorphosis of the beetles, while studying the complete life cycle of these Sonoran Desert natives.
• Life Span Study
  Keeping beetles in simple containers and providing them with food allows for several simple classroom investigations.
